In this talk, historian Dr Fern Riddell tells the incredibly story of radical suffragette Kitty Marion. Drawing upon Kitty’s personal diaries, we discover how Kitty Marion was sent across the country by the Pankhurst family to carry out a nationwide campaign of bombings and arson attacks, as women fought for the vote using any means necessary.
This event takes place within our London Festival Hub. Our Hub venues are all within a 5-minutes walking distance from each other so you can easily travel between talks. Remember: there's a 20-25 minute break between each talk to make it as easy as possible to get to the talks you like.
